Return of the Ping Tsunami

This is gonna be some super-duper, all-out full-throttle pingage, folks, so hold on.

Frank has a new In My World! Yay! He also informs us that Bill Whittle's essay Power is up. If I go read it now, all linkage will be suspended, so I'm going to save it to savor....

Pixy Misa (have I mentioned that he is the bestest?) is enraged: Die Spammers, Die!!!!

Jennifer has a really cool new banner which she did her own self. I asked her to make me one with penumbras, but she couldn't find any that were practical enough. However, she did make me a splendid title banner (which looks just like that button over there <------that I am linking to myself with) and as soon as the flamethrower is fully re-charged and I can find my map of my template (which I scribbled on the back of an old Chinese take-out menu--moo shu pork! yum!--and then put in a "safe" place, which is always a mistake) I am going to try and unfurl Jen's banner over my digs.

Paul has more dating tips, this time with input from the ladies. (If I'd known he was going to just post direct quotes, I would've tried to be funny...)

Bill is being cranky and petty today. This means he's the Bill we all know and love.....

Harvey has been keeping me supplied with my RDA of laughter....

Tiger got to meet Tony! How cool is that? (and is that Dr. Pepper in your mugs, guys, or a fine guiness?)

James has a lovely fisking....
He also is very fed up with the "liberal" in Liberal Arts. Academia...the last bastion of socialism in America (except for Hollywood, but you knew that).

Over at Munuviana we have a couple of new immigrants, Heather and Don. Yay!

Kevin started the bonfire without me! (and I had a good excuse for being late---the dog ate my homework!)

Silver Blue asks the important questions, and is finding time to blog in the midst of hurricane cleanup.

There's an adorable kitty over at the Cheese's. Its name appears to be Chickenhead. Wonder what being called that does to a cat's psyche?

I hope I'm not too late to get in on the drinking and the whoring linking over at Blackfive's. Order me a Killian Red or Michelob Honey Lager to toast the Cubbies, guys.

Victor had a nice birthday. I would have loved the Textile museum myself, although I haven't done any batik in years (decades?)

Tuning Spork is still blathering about gravity. Hey, I drop things, they fall. How much is there to discuss? Guess there's something, because Daniel keeps talking about it....

Mr. Green tells a drinking story, and sneaks in a reference to my favorite George Thoroughgood song....hmm, need to tell my landlady I done lost my job.....

Ted got it exactly right. His critic obviously does not speak English as even a second or third language (or else is a complete ignoramus). He also provides some great links so I don't have to.

Tim is still adjusting to life north of the border. Yeah, milk-in-a-bag would freak me out, too...

Generalissimo John Collins is still missing.....

Cherry crawled out of the murky depths of her templates with only a few scratches. Yay! We should probably start a template-survivors support group....

Mookie is very educational. Go visit her.

Kelley at Suburban Blight linked to me in the Cul de Sac again. Obviously a woman of excellent taste and refinement....I must put her on the blogroll once the Chinese menu is found.....

Stevie wants feedback.
Don't we all..... (except, of course, Don, who is, shall we say, divergent?)

Tom's Nap Room is one of my new favorites....read this!

Well, the Linkmistress of Chaos needs to get off her hiney and do some day-off chores. If I missed you this time, I still love you, I just got a cramp.....
